Delivery Policy

  • C.O.D .final payment must be cash or money order on the delivery or credit card at the store before the delivery.
  • Delivery time We will contact you 24- hours prior to your delivery, to provide you with a 2 to 3 hour time frame of when your delivery will occur. we are not able to promise a specific time of delivery or change the time frame you are given.
  •  At your request we will give you a thirty minute call ahead prior to our arrival at your home. If we do not receive confirmation of your scheduled delivery date and time on the automated call, we will be contacting you for a voice confirmation.
  •    In order to ensure your delivery occurs as scheduled, you are required to confirm either the automated call or the voice confirmation call prior to your items being loaded for delivery. Failure to confirm your delivery will result in a delay of your delivery and we will attempt to reschedule your delivery for a later date once we speak with you.
  •  Delivery includes assembly and set-up.
  •  If your merchandise’s not delivered on the scheduled delivery data and time because you not home, you will be charged an additional delivery charge.

Pick-up Policy

If you choose to pick up your merchandise, Boss furniture not assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by the customer’s handling and all the warranties are avoided. If merchandise is not delivered by Boss furniture customer is responsible to transportation. See store for details.
