Delivery Policy

• All packaging material associated with delivery will be placed in your designated trash area , derivers WILL NOT TAKE AWAY ON DELIVERY TRUCK.
C.O.D .final payment must be cash or money order on the delivery or credit card at the store before the delivery.
• Delivery time We will contact you 24- hours prior to your delivery, to provide you with a 2 to 3 hour time frame of when your delivery will occur. we are not able to promise a specific time of delivery or change the time frame you are given. At your request we will give you a thirty minute call ahead prior to our arrival at your home. If we do not receive confirmation of your scheduled delivery date and time on the automated call, we will be contacting you for a voice confirmation. In order to ensure your delivery occurs as scheduled, you are required to confirm either the automated call or the voice confirmation call prior to your items being loaded for delivery. Failure to confirm your delivery will result in a delay of your delivery and we will attempt to reschedule your delivery for a later date once we speak with you.
• Delivery includes assembly and set-up.
• If your merchandise’s not delivered on the scheduled delivery data and time because you not home, you will be charged an additional delivery charge.

Pick-up Policy
If you choose to pick up your merchandise, Boss furniture not assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by the customer’s handling and all the warranties are avoided. If merchandise is not delivered by Boss furniture customer is responsible to transportation. See store for details.

 Floor Samples
Any merchandise sold off the floor will be considered sold “AS-IS”. All manufacturers’ warranties will still apply, however we will not be able to deluxe the merchandise beyond its current condition. All floor sample sales will be considered final and will not be able to be returned or cancelled. All floor samples must be scheduled for delivery or be picked up with 72 hours of purchase.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Information
The limited warranty applies only to the original buyer and to furniture that has received normal in-home use and proper maintenance. Defects resulting from abuse, alteration, amateur repair, fire or negligence are not covered under the limited warranty, nor does it cover the normal aging and wear which takes place during use. This includes all cushions, which will soften with use and conform to your shape over time furniture is guaranteed against all manufacturer’s defects for a 30 days after delivery, we will repair furniture that is structurally defective without charge. No service or exchange can be authorized without an inspection by one of our service technicians. 
Refunds Policy .

 Special orders must be paid in full and may take 2-6 weeks from the date payment in full is received ,Boss furniture will ensure that your merchandise is available as agreed on the original sale. Custom/ special orders are made just for you and therefore are not subject to return or exchange.

Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds on law-a way are available. 
A 25% restocking fee will be charged. Also, no refunds will be given for delivery charges to and from your home.
Montage Protection Plans
Additional protection plans are available for purchase and are recommended. Protection plans must be purchased prior to pick up or delivery of the merchandise. Protection plans do not apply to “AS-IS” merchandise, lamps, pictures, rugs or accessory items. Montage Protection plan! If you have purchased a protection plan and would like to make a claim please contact Montage within 14 days of noticing the problem
